1.What is your official operating hours?

We operate on Monday to Friday from 10 to 6pm excluding public holidays and weekends.

Please PM us at MKUPSG Facebook or Instagram. Kindly provide your name, date of order and order number.


2. How many days would it take to process my order?

All orders excluding pre-orders are processed within the next working day.


Estimated delivery time are as below

  • Singapore
    3-4 working days

  • Malaysia
    4-5 working days

  • Other countries
    3-5 working days


3.  What is the waiting time for pre-orders?

You will be informed via SMS on the estimated arrival date. The pre-order arrival date are at a best estimate, determined by our factory. We are unable to guarantee the actual arrival date as this is subject to uncontrollable factors, including factory delay and weather constraints. We seek your patience and understanding and thank you for your kind support and patience.


4. Can I change my address or delivery mode? 

Kindly note that additional shipping fee is required for any address change, please ensure that your shipping address is correct when you confirm your order.


For any special delivery request, kindly PM us at MKUP Facebook and Instagram,. Please indicate your order number, date of purchase and contact details.


5. How to contact us?

6. Any difference if I purchase online and in store?

The retail selling price is the same. We offer a 2% rebate with membership rewards of up to $45 per month. You enjoy free courier (to a Singapore address) with $60 purchase. MKUP offers attractive bundle promotions too, where you will be able to save more.


7. Am I able to change my order when order is placed?

If the order has not been processed, we are able to assist you in changing your order. Kindly PM us at MKUP SG Facebook and Instagram. Please do quote your order number and date of purchase to our customer service.


8. Can my order be cancelled and refunded?

Apologies. Once we have processed your order, we are unable to cancel your order.


9. Where is the self-pick up location?

Self-pick up is not available in any retail outlets. Self-pick up is only available in our office from Monday to Friday, 10am – 6pm. For non-preorder items, you can collect next working day. Kindly PM us on Facebook or IG if you require assistance.

10. Can I do a walk-in purchase? 

Yes, we would be happy to assist you. We have a retail counter for you to try our testers. Kindly note that only CASH, PayLah! and PayNow payment is available in our office.


11. How do I track my order?

Once your order is sent out, you will receive notification from our courier when it is on delivery.


For Singapore deliveries, J&T Express will inform you via SMS that your order is on delivery. You can go to https://www.jtexpress.sg/trackmyparcel, enter your order number and Track your Parcel.


For overseas order, the courier will contact you via your mobile phone for delivery.


12. Am I able to exchange my items when I have received the item?

Damaged items are exchangeable. Kindly contact our customer service within 14 working days from your date of purchase. Please quote your order number and date of purchase to our customer service.  If your order item is unavailable, please exchange to a similar price item as the difference is non-refundable.
