退款政策

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. Please note that a 10% administrative fee will be applied to all returns.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

The parcel box must be in the same condition as when you received it.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Return

All returns must be brought in person to our office at:

Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Please note that we reserve the right to decline any return or refund request that does not meet the above requirements.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
